Biography
Garip Özçelik is a founding member of the Türkiye–Montenegro Solidarity Association (TURKADER).
He contributed to the establishment of TURKADER and to supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening friendship, solidarity and cooperation between Türkiye and Montenegro.

Through TURKADER, the association seeks to strengthen social, cultural and human connections between Türkiye and Montenegro, preserve shared values and contribute to sustainable relations between the two countries.
